John C. Iannone -

John C. Iannone is a writer, lecturer and filmmaker in Florida with a production company called NorthStar Production Studios, LLC dedicated to addressing contemporary Christian issues. Over the past 30 years he has worked with members of the multi-denominational Shroud of Turin Research Project who examined the Shroud of Turin scientifically in 1978. Mr. Iannone has studied and written about the authenticity of the Holy Shroud of Turin as the actual burial cloth of Jesus with compelling information on His passion, death and resurrection reflected in the Linen.
Mr. Iannone received a Masters in Religious Studies from the Catholic University in Washington and done additional studies at Fordham University Theological and Union Theological Seminary in New York City. He has written three books on the Shroud ( see Bookstore in left column) given over 170 Presentations to Schools, Colleges and Churches of all denominations; done television programs for EWTN and LATV Public Broadcasting in New Orleans and been invited by Cardinal Giovanni Saldarini (then Papal Custodian of the Holy Shroud) to come to Turin with fellow sindonologists for an extensive viewing of the Shroud in 1998.
Mr. Iannone and his staff are engaged in a Lecture Tour (see Lecture Tour) on the authenticity of the Holy Shroud as well as the Sudarium Christi (Face Cloth in the Tomb) and on new, exciting research on the Veronica Veil. This will be both a Presentation and Exhibition (full info on this website). His books include his recently published book "The Three Cloths of Christ: The Emerging Treasures of Christianity," "The Mystery of the Shroud of Turin: New Scientific Evidence," "The Image and The Rose: Behind Vatican Walls," and Glimpses of the Afterlife: The Near Death Experience in Science, Medicine and History." He has written a script for a feature length movie on the Holy Shroud.
In addition, he is working with Producers to get this compelling story to the big screen . The Script is based on his book "The Image and The Rose" which is a mystery with factual information involving international intrigue to discredit and ultimately destroy the Holy Shroud by forces both within and outside of the Vatican. SAMANTHA J. GOODSON - VICE PRESIDENT - MARKETING, PROMOTION AND ADMINISTRATIONSamantha has served as Vice President for over two years handling all aspects of marketing, promotion and the administration of NorthStar Production Studios. Her responsibilities include helping set-up the Tour and Pilgrimage arranged for next year's viewing of the Holy Shroud in Turin announced by His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI. She serves as the liaison with the Travel Agencies.
Samantha has set-up and overseen the previous Lecture Series done by Mr. Iannone in Central Florida to over 170 Schools, Colleges and Churches of all denominations on THE MYSTERY OF THE SHROUD OF TURIN: THE CASE FOR AUTHENTICITY.
Samantha is currently handing arrangements for the multi-city tour which Mr. Iannone will do Orlando, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Jacksonville, Savannah, Charleston, Charlotte, Richmond, Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Knoxville, Atlanta and Tallahassee.
